MONTHLY DRIVER GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER

This promotion is operated by AJ Golf Online LTD ("the Promoter").

1. ELIGIBILITY

The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. ENTRY PERIOD

Entries open at 12:01am on the first day of each calendar month and close at 11:59pm on the final day of the same calendar month.

Entries received after the closing date will be entered into the following month's draw where applicable.

1. HOW TO ENTER

Customers will receive one (1) entry ticket for every £10 spent on qualifying purchases made through our website during the promotional period.

Examples:

£10 spend = 1 entry

£25 spend = 2 entries

£50 spend = 5 entries

£100 spend = 10 entries

Entry calculations are based on the final order value excluding shipping charges.

Refunded, cancelled or fraudulent orders will have any associated entries removed.

Prize includes a standard stock shaft only.

Any custom fitting, upgraded shafts, upgrades, alterations, accessories or additional equipment are excluded unless otherwise stated.

The prize is subject to availability.

If the selected model becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

No cash alternative is available.

The prize is non-transferable.

1. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period.

The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the end of each month.

The Promoter's decision is final.

1. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number associated with their entry.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

By entering the giveaway, participants agree that the Promoter may publish the winner's first name and county for promotional and verification purposes.
