Shipping policy

All orders placed before 12.30pm - Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day (Monday-Friday)

All orders placed after 12.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

We are closed for all UK bank holidays, so no orders will be dispatched on bank holidays.

No UK couriers deliver parcels on UK bank holidays so if you have placed an order the day before a bank holiday, you will no receive it until the next working day. 

Most orders are shipped on an express delivery (1-2 working days) The courier doesn't offer an express delivery option to around 5% of UK postcodes and these orders will be shipped on a standard delivery.

The courier has around 10% option for express Scotish highland postcodes so most of these postcodes will be sent standard delivery. BT postcodes will be sent with Royal Mail 24.
